We are proud to have taken part in the Hills Garden project, the installation presented at Orticolario, contributing with what we do best: creating surfaces that merge material and art.
For this project, we created a hand-painted fiberglass wallpaper, an artwork that interprets the extraordinary bloom of Villa Carlotta on Lake Como.
A work that celebrates nature through color and becomes an integral part of the immersive experience envisioned by the architects.
👉 Below, the story of the architectural project and its vision.
Hills Garden is a creative space that expresses the relationship between natural soil and built soil, where the human footprint blends in harmonious symbiosis with nature.
A garden shaped by the sinuous movements of the land is crossed by paths leading to the core of meeting and reflection.
The grass-covered hills, with their irregular forms, represent the natural ground that embraces within itself the built one.
The central space is a surface enclosed within the geometries of the seats carved into the hills, the contact between the floral-toned core and nature, the meeting point and sensitive union of the soils.
Visitors will explore the Garden of Hills along the paths that lead to the core, a resting place protected by the green sculptures, where constant contact with nature and different visual perspectives allow one to rediscover a true bond with the earth.
